The LM333 21+ Policy

LM333 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. This is not merely a checkbox — it is one of our most seriously enforced policies. During the KYC verification process, every player is required to submit a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or equivalent government-issued identification confirming their age.

Any account where we detect or receive credible information that the account holder may be under 21 years of age is immediately suspended pending investigation. Deposit Limits — Taking Control of Your Spending

Deposit limits let you set a maximum amount you are permitted to deposit over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. For example, a Malaysian player may choose to cap their monthly deposits at RM500 — a figure that fits comfortably within their entertainment budget. Once that limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the limit period resets.

You can reduce your deposit limit at any time and it takes effect immediately. If you wish to increase a deposit limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies. This delay is intentional — it gives you time to reflect on whether an increase is genuinely appropriate for your circumstances.

Self-Exclusion — When You Need a Real Break

Self-exclusion is a formal commitment that prevents you from accessing your LM333 account for a defined period. Available exclusion periods are 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Any promotional communications will also be suspended.

Session Limits and Reality Checks

Reality checks work alongside session limits. At your chosen interval, a small on-screen notification appears showing your time on site and your current session profit or loss. You can choose to continue or to stop — but the information is always in front of you.

Loss Limits

In addition to deposit limits, LM333 offers loss limits that cap the maximum net losses you can incur over a set period. Once your loss limit is reached, no further wagers are accepted until the period resets.
